Ongoing Services

Monthly or annual service subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid services will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

For ongoing services cancelled mid-term, educational materials partially accessed, or consultation services where partial value was delivered.

Services fully delivered and utilized, digital products downloaded completely, or cancellations made outside the specified timeframe.

Payment Method and Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. This ensures security and helps maintain proper financial records for both parties.

  • Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days depending on your bank
  • Digital wallet refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
  • Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer to your nominated account
